We head 90 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle to the town of Kolari to reach the Kivinavetta Restaurant. The name means "cowshed made of stone". The chef and owner there is Matti Hirvasoja. He prepares for us a regional speciality - willow ptarmigan - or grouse.
