à la carte: Lamb with a Vegetable Casserole

Chef Sebastian Ballester prepares for us this meal at his 400-year-old restaurant "C'an Mateu" in Algaida, Mallorca. The vegetable casserole is actually called "tumbet" from an age-old recipe that includes paprika, potatoes, aubergines and zuchini. All the ingredients are "home-grown".
