Tatjana Železnik has been running the tiny restaurant Taverna Tatjana in the Slovenian capital Ljubljana for more than a decade. For Euromaxx`à la carte, she's cooks venison with Štruklji -- the Slovenian national dish - the versatile dumpling-like pastries have been served as an accompaniment to meat since the 16th century. Darja Čič makes hers with cottage cheese.
