We’re at Traunsee.Lake to taste riedling fish which is only found here. The riedling is from the same family as salmon and trout and tends to swim at great depths. It has a very strong flavour. With our catch we then head to the thousand-year-old castle Schloss Orth which is now home to the restaurant "Orther Stubn" for our meal of "riedling filet with peas and savoy cabbage."
