This time we go to the Noblesse restaurant in Bucharest where chef Harald Vachsmann of the Year 2010 Orlando Samfir shows us how to rustle up a local speciality. Sarmale is stuffed cabbage leaves and it is served with Mămăligă a Romanian version of Polenta.
