BP executives hope to be siphoning off the bulk of the oil leak in the Gulf of Mexico within days. But it's too late for Florida. Remnants of the slick have now been detected on at least one beach there. US President Barack Obama is also in the region. He's surveying the damage for the SECOND time in a week. The president's under fire from critics, who question his leadership in the crisis.
