Is he staying or is he going? The CEO of oil giant BP Tony Hayward is reportedly negotiating the terms of his exit from the company. BP said early on Monday that no final decision has been made on changes in management. The board meets later today. Sources close to executives say Hayward IS preparing to leave. Hayward has been a lightening rod for criticism since the Gulf of Mexico spill began in April.
