The World Bank will release 700 million EUROS -- the equivalent of 900 million dollars -- to help fund relief efforts for Pakistan's flood disaster as international agencies warn millions of people are at risk from disease. The United Nations says that among them are some 3 and a half million children. The Pakistani military has been called in to organize air lifts for the millions of people stranded by flood waters.
