UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon has praised the international community after a Pakistan donor conference raised an extra 157 million Euros for flood victims. Donations have now surpassed the mark of 360 million Euros the UN had initially sought. But getting the aid to those who need it FAST enough remains the main challenge.
