'A bad time for US to be announcing drawdown' in Europe

With the US military sending the aircraft carrier Gerald Ford from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean, nearly 10% of the Navy will be concentrated there. That shows a shift in priorities for the Trump administration, former Commanding General of US Army Europe Ben Hodges says.
