The German government has declined to comment on reports that three Germans arrested for throwing explosives at an EU office in Kosovo are members of the country's foreign intelligence agency - the BND. The explosives were directed at the office of the EU Special Representative Pieter Feith, who oversees Kosovo's governance. They caused only minor damage. A Pristina district court judge has ordered the men to be held for four weeks. A defence lawyer said they're suspected of having committed an act of terrorism. +++SYN-MAZ+++
