A German Lawyer Represents Victims at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal

Silke Studzinsky from Berlin is the only foreign lawyer to represent victims of the Khmer Rouge genocide at the UN-backed court in Phnom Penh which held pre-trial hearings again this week.
