A German town pays the price for Saudi export ban

After the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Kashoggi, the German government announced a temporary ban on arms exports to the Gulf Kingdom. The move drew praise and condemnation, not least in the German shipyard town caught in the crossfire of the row, struggling to pay for school repairs as the ban bites.
