A healthy reflex - how yawning helps

We yawn when we’re tired, bored and as we wake up. It’s a fact that we inhale deeply as we yawn and stimulate circulation to the brain as a result. Blood sugar also influences how frequently we yawn. If it is too low, we yawn often - doctors say it is like a reflex and once we start, it can be hard to stop.
