UNICEF in Hungary is banking on the fact that a growing number of children have Smartphones with its HelpApp, and has developed the first mobile application in the word that provides instant help to children in abusive situations. They can call for help with one press of a button and also pass on their GPS coordinates. The app also allows children to seek advice if they have been harmed.
