A la carte: Bulhão Pato Clams

Seafood is a staple of the Portuguese cuisine. At his Lisbon restaurant, chef Carlos Robalo shows us how to prepare a traditional dish with venus clams which is named after the poet Raimundo António de Bulhão Pato.
