Time now for Euromaxx à la carte. Which this time takes us to the state of Brandenburg in Eastern Germany. A region which, up till now, has not been famous for its cuisine, but that might be about to change: a few months ago Swiss chef Oliver Heilmeyer from the restaurant "1750" won a Michelin star, his first, and only the second for Brandenburg. Since then the place is no longer just for a select few - it's now become one of Germany's top gourmet hotspots. We decided it was high time Euromaxx went along to check it out.
