A Marshall Plan for Syria - Germany plans for the post-Assad period

The regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad is still clinging to power. But political analysts close to the situation say that could change any time. This time Germany wants to help Syria rebuild fast, if the government falls. At German ministries in Berlin, officials are already working on a draft constitution and plans for the democratization of Syria.
