Tune in to DW-RADIO on Wednesday, Sept. 11, for live coverage from New York, Washington, Berlin and Cologne and a memorial concert with the German Symphony Orchestra of Berlin conducted by Kent Nagano.

DW-RADIO looks back at the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington one year ago and how they have changed the world.

Tune in to our special programmes, including a radio link-up across the Atlantic to eyewitnesses and experts, special editions of "NewsLink" and our political feature "INSIGHT" and excerpts from a special commemorative concert from the German capital, Berlin, with the German President Johannes Rau and U.S. Ambassador Daniel Coates in attendance.

The concert, with the world famous orchestra the German Symphony Orchestra of Berlin and the Deutscher Rundfunkchor radio choir, conducted by Kent Nagano, will include works by György Ligeti, Galina Ustwolskaja and Beethoven's "9th Symphony."
