The late French gourmet chef Paul Bocuse was named "Chef of the Century" by the Gault Millau restaurant guide in 1989. Considered to be one of the founders of Nouvelle Cuisine, he was a Michelin-starred chef for over 50 years. Now he has died at age 91.
