In fifth spot is meditation. Smartwatch maker Pebble created a "happiness" app that asks users what the time is, how happy they are and what they're doing right now. Pebble developed its watches for people who want to keep fit, but they seem to suit people who like to sleep as well.

In fourth place is socializing: spending time with friends and family or chatting. What many simply call "chilling".

In third place: sporting activities. Perhaps another chance to "socialize" and get some movement at the same time. Keeping fit and healthy: this makes Pebble users happy.

In second place is yoga! Physical, mental and spiritual practices to keep the stress down. There's no end to the benefits, you might even make a friend or two. And you can practice yoga all over the world, inside or out.

Number one is drinking alcohol! People might be buying Pebble watches to keep fit but what really seems to make them happy isn't meditation, or even sport but having a beer with their friends!
