Africa seeks partnerships to fill $170billion infrastructure gap

African economies are increasingly developing infrastructure to spur economic development and improve livelihood for people. But with over $170billion needed annually, Africa is now seeking private capital to meet its large deficit in sectors like transport, telecommunications and energy.
