Aid for Syrian Refugees in Northern Iraq

A new round of sectarian violence appears to be under way in Iraq. Terrorist attacks against civilians have once again become common. Iraq is also dealing with a major influx of refugees from the civil war in neighboring Syria. German relief aid is being distributed at the Domiz refugee camp, and German Development Minister Dirk Niebel has gone to the camp to assess the aid effort personally.
