Aid operations to ease humanitarian crisis caused by Kyrgyz-Uzbek clashes

The UN refugee agency has started airlifting aid to Uzbekistan, the International Committee of the Red Cross is reporting that the dead are lying unburied in the streets of southern Kyrgyzstan.
