Susanne von Arciszewski is one of the few women executives at Airbus. It’s a familiar feeling - even as an engineering student, she was the only woman in her class. A mother of four, she has headed the division responsible for the interior of the Airbus A380 for two years now, and oversees a staff of about 550.
