Altitude training is an especially effective weight loss method! An increasing number of fitness studios are offering this method. Altitude training can even help people with high blood pressure. But caution is needed; people with cardiac ailments should only do this kind of training after consulting with a physician.

Because the lower amount of oxygen means the heart has to beat twice as fast in order to supply enough oxygen to the body, people with heart conditions could suffer a heart attack.
