Amidst Nuclear Controversy, North Koreans are Starving

North Korea is continuing its confrontational course with the international community. It test fired another four short-range missiles over the Sea of Japan on Thursday. Amidst the controversy over the isolated country’s nuclear programme, the people of North Korea, who haven’t had enough to eat for more than a decade, are facing new food shortages.
