Anger and despair in Haiti as the survivors of the country's earthquake struggle to cope

Damaged infrastructure and transportation bottlenecks are hampering the international effort to distribute the aid now arriving in Haiti, following the earthquake in that country. US President Barack Obama who says Washington is committed to rebuilding Haiti, has urged patience. French President Nicolas Sarkozy, says Paris is working with the US and other countries to organise a conference on reconstruction. But in Haiti right now - it's a race against time to save lives.
