Angola: Fighting for press freedom

Police raids and threats against Folha 8 newspaper journalists (pronounced Foi-lia Oi-to) has become a common thing in Angola. The Newspaper is critical of the government by reporting numerous corruption scandals and mostly covers opposition activities. This has not impressed president Eduardo dos Santos who has ruled the country since 1979.
