Apology but no resignation: South Korea's President Yoon

South Korea's parliament is meeting to vote on impeaching President Yoon Suk Yeol, after he declared martial law on Tuesday. The President offered an apology for his actions, but no resignation. An impeachment would require a two-thirds majority in parliament.
