Aquajogging - running under water

Running under water puts less strain on the joints and tendons of the leg compared to jogging on land. Thanks to buoyancy and the resistance of the water, aquajogging is an effective form of exercise for people with orthopedic problems. On land gravity makes running a high-impact sport.
