Argentina's new government is not wasting any time delivering on its campaign promises to reform the economy. The government of free markets advocate Mauricio Macri was only sworn in last week. Now it's lifted deeply unpopular restrictions on buying US dollars. That puts an end to a convoluted monetary system that made it difficult for businesses to operate and spawned a booming black market.
