With a population of 500,000, Antwerp in Belgium was once home to the Flemish Baroque painter Peter Paul Rubens, and is probably best known these days as a center of the diamond trade and as Europe's unofficial fashion capital. We visit a city that's been described as "Belgium's best-kept secret."
