Hong Kong's deadliest blaze in decades has left scores dead and hundreds missing after flames tore through the Wang Fuk Court housing complex in Tai Po. The fire, which started on bamboo scaffolding during maintenance work, spread rapidly across eight buildings with 2,000 apartments. Police have arrested three construction executives on suspicion of manslaughter over flammable materials. Displaced residents now shelter in community centers as investigations continue.
