At the climate conference in Copenhagen, developing nations condemn a draft proposal on greenouse gases

Environmentalists at the UN Climate Summit in Copehagen are trying to bridge a divide between hi-tech and developing nations over carbon dioxide targets. Developing nations have attacked a draft document drawn up by the Danish government. They say it gives an unfair competitive advantage to richer countries.
