Serving drinks at one of Hamburg's finest hotels, Hotel Atlantic, is not an easy task. But for one trainee, a smile might help as she makes her way through 700 guests with a tray full of champagne glasses in hand. This is just one of the tasks Sarah Kreutzer must perform if she wants to work in the higher end of hotel service.
