Be Kind to Your Eyes when Reading or Watching TV

If you watch television in a darkened room, your eyes quickly get tired. Eye specialists advise you to switch on a second light source and stay at least three meters away from the screen. Blinking regularly keeps your eyes from getting too dry. Reading in the dark can also cause eyestrain. Remember to take frequent breaks and focus on objects in the distance, not just on the page.
