After protests against the fraudulent 2020 elections, the Belarusian regime cracked down hard on critics. Five years later, many opposition figures are in exile, while their families are under pressure from the state back home.

Forced into exile after protesting Belarus’s rigged 2020 election, activist Hanna Fedaronak continues her fight from Poland.

Inspired by jailed blogger Siarhei Tsikhanouski and opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, she documented vote fraud and joined mass protests.

Now in Warsaw, she supports traumatized refugees while facing regime retaliation against her family. Despite threats, Hanna remains committed to change.
