In the Swiss village of Kandersteg it seems like time has stood still. Many hotels are from the turn of the century and there are no major ski lifts. So Kandersteg decided to cash in on that and turn back the hands of time with the "Belle Époque week" celebrations in January. It's a winter vacation the way you might have done it a hundred years ago - and that includes the dress.
