The Palestinian prime minister is here in Berlin to take part in joint ministerial talks. The first Palestinian - German summit comes just days after indirect talks began between Palestinians and Israelis. Germany used the opportunity to discuss specific development projects for the Palestinians - hoping they will create conditions to spur peace in the region.
