Bilfinger Berger has apologized for misbehaviour in Cologne subway project

Germany's second largest construction company Bilfinger Berger has apologized for the actions of workers that are believed to have led to the death of two people in Cologne last year. Bilfinger has already admitted being a victim of criminal activities, including the theft of steel retaining rods supposed to be used to support the walls of a subway project in Cologne.
