Bolivia offers Snowden asylum

Bolivian President Evo Morales has become the latest country to offer asylum to Edward Snowden. The surveillance whistleblower has had asylum applications rejected by a number of countries, but Morales' statement followed similar announcements by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro and Nicaragua's Daniel Ortega. However, doubts exist over whether Snowden will be able to travel.
