Bolivian president forced to wait in Vienna

The plane of Bolivian President Evo Morales made an unscheduled 12-hour stop in Vienna after it was denied overflight rights by a number of European countries. Morales was forced to land in Vienna amidst speculation US fugitive Edward Snowden was on board. Austrian officials said only Bolivians were on the plane. Bolivia has condemned the incident.
