Survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings will today come face to face with one of the men accused of carrying out the attacks. Dzohkhar Tsarnaev is due in a federal court in Boston to hear the charges against him. The 19-year-old is accused of using a weapon of mass destruction together with his brother who died in a police shootout. Tsarnaev could face the death penalty if convicted.
