It’s been called "Acoustic Techno" or "Chamber Music for Dance": the music of Brandt Brauer Frick teases techno beats out of classical instruments. The three musicians are a popular act in clubs and concert halls alike.

And whether they’re playing at the German Design Award ceremony in Frankfurt, the Museum of Modern Art in Oslo, or in clubs like Berghain in Berlin, concerts by Daniel Brandt, Jan Brauer and Paul Frick are a sensation. The musicians present their live act on stage as a trio, or sometimes with a ten-piece chamber orchestra. We spent some time with Brandt Brauer Frick in the studio and at a live gig ahead of their US tour.
