At this hour, a memorial service is underway in Paris to commemorate the 228 victims of Monday's crash of an Air France Jetliner in the Atlantic. +++ LM REIN+++ French President Nicolas Sarkozy was among the dignataries on hand for the ecumenical service at Notre Dame Cathedral. Relatives and loved ones were joined by Air France crewmembers on hand to mourn their colleagues after the worst crash in the airline's history. +++LM RAUS+++ French officals say they hope to have an initial report on the crash of Air France flight 447 by the end of the month. But authorities are doubtful the blackboxes will be recovered. Brazilian Navy ships have been dispatched to what is believed to be the site of the crash - hundreds of kilometers off the Brazilian coast. +++SYN-MAZ+++
