May wants to avoid hard Brexit

British members of parliament will be able to debate their country's exit from the EU but will not get a formal vote on any Brexit deal. Prime Minister Theresa May conceded there would be "full and transparent" parliamentary scrutiny before Britain triggers Brexit in March. But dissatisfaction is growing in Britain. No one yet knows just what the government's negotiating strategy will actually be.
