Edith Compaore had her arm amputated at a young age. But that didn't stop her from running her own restaurant in Ouagadougou — and her customers can't get enough of her delicious dishes!

Edith Compaore broke her arm after a fall at the age of 7. Doctors chose to amputate her arm to avoid infection. Today, she runs her own restaurant in a bustling suburb of Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso.
