Except for one German, you only meet locals at Europoles - and it is they who are responsible for the  boom in orders. Apart from the oil companies, power utilities who are pressing ahead with power supplies to rural areas as part of the transformation of Oman's infrastructure are amongst its customers.  Europoles already has its sights on its next customer, the new Omani railroad. Tracks similar to German ICE routes are to be built: power will be supplied via masts using, which Europoles also want to manufacture. Report by Hagen Tober.
