Presidents Felix Tshisekedi of the Democratic Republic of Congo and Paul Kagame of Rwanda are set to meet in Luanda on December 15. Their summit, which will be mediated by Angolan President Joao Lourenco, aims to address the conflict in eastern Congo involving the M23 rebel group, which Rwanda allegedly supports. DW spoke with Congo's foreign minister, Therese Kayikwamba Wagner.
